Jo-Ann and I wanted to send a quick note to thank you and your staff for outstanding service and a fabulous new look to our home. From the beginning of the process, when we first met you, to the last day of painting, we had confidence that you would fulfill your company's mission. We came to discover that you exceeded every expectation that we had. Your crews always conducted themselves professionally and the finished product is the envy of our neighborhood. We are very proud of our home and cannot thank you enough for understanding that.
A particular note about Rafael. He is a fine young man in addition to being very commited to providing great service and an excellent result. He communicated regularly with us so the status of our project was always clear. He showed us that he, too, wanted to be proud of the work he did representing your company. Jo-Ann and I cannot say enough about him. Please pass our great admiration and thanks to him for a job well done.
We have been promoting Patterson Painting with our friends and in our neighborhood. Hopefully we will see you again soon making our corner of Petaluma even brighter.

In May of 2003, when my firm acquired a 29 unit apartment complex in Benicia, I contracted with Patterson Painting and Decorating for the exterior painting. They started the job the day we took possesion and finished right on schedule, with minimal inconvenience to our tenants and with an excellent spirit of cooperation and service. The preperation was thorough and the painiting was profesisonal, neat and clean.
